9 Video Games With Reviews No One Can Agree Upon
1. Dead Rising 3
Some people say that the zombie parody genre is old hat it should just die (and not reanimate). They say that destroying the hordes in ridiculous ways is nothing fun anymore. Some fans say that they're searching for substance within their favorite parody genres. Dead Rising 3 tried to tackle this need. However, there are lots of mixed reviews as to whether or not it was a good idea.
Nick Ramos' story is one filled with ethical questions and a more relatable backstory than what was given to us in the previous installments of Dead Rising. But some people felt as if Nick didn't fit into the world as well as Frank West or Chuck Greene. Criticisms included the idea that he was taking his role far too seriously for the protagonist of a zombie parody.
In addition to these comments, there was a mix of opinion on whether or not the game flowed mechanically. Some commented on it saying that the gameplay was "sloppy" and "loose," while others said it was an okay ride.
Maybe we'll be able to agree on the next one?
