AEW Game: 10 Features We Must See In The Upcoming Console Title

3. Draws

Something that goes a long way in making AEW's shows feel different is the fact that matches have time limits and occasionally go to a draw. Incorporating a similar mechanic into this title is essential, even if it's shortened somewhat to give the matches a more exciting feel for that video game experience.

Imagine, for example, that the typical twenty-minute time limit is just ten in the game. Well, as you get to that nine-minute mark, the gameplay could change as the stakes rise, with more frantic moves and pinfall attempts to try and score that all-important win before the time runs out.

This is something totally different to the WWE games, though the excitement which comes from a concept like this might be familiar if you've ever battled a friend in an Iron Man bout!

Now, you might think that a match going to a draw would be a disappointing outcome to a hard-fought battle, but with the right gameplay mechanics, it could be as rare an occurrence as it is on AEW television, meaning when you get that draw... well, you want to go back and try to score the win!
