Animal Crossing: New Horizons Wishlist - 10 Things Fans Need To See
5. Cooking
Cooking is popular mechanic across quite a few games, not least one of the Nintendo Switch’s biggest hitters: Breath Of The Wild.
Considering how peaceful a pass time it is and how well it links into the idea of collecting various items to fill a recipe book, it’s surprising that it’s not yet part of Animal Crossing.
That all may change with New Horizons, however. It’s been a much requested feature for a while, and with the Switch giving room for more content than ever before, it would be a real shame if the fans desires were ignored here once more.
Obviously given the anthropomorphic version of the game, the food would all be vegetarian. But that lends itself to the idea of collecting herbs, spices, vegetables, fruits and so on, while still leaving a huge range of colourful and varied dishes for you to make across the game.
Depending on how in depth the hypothetical cooking portion of the game is, it could be an interactive mini game which adds a new aspect to Animal Crossing, or just a standard collect ingredients, make food system; both would be welcome.
