Anthem 2.0 Wishlist: 8 Ways To Fix The Game

6. Redesigned Menus For Stats And Loadouts

The menus for Anthem are a mess. Lore, messages, trials and objectives are all hidden behind page after page of menus and tabs. Yet, even though they throw all this info and jargon at you, simple things like a stat page are nowhere to be found.

Two of the most important aspects of any game with RPG elements are the stat page and your loadout. Both of these should always be available at a glance in the forge to see how different pieces of equipment affect your overall stats.

Players should also be able to see the total amount of specific stats as well. For example, if two pieces of armor each offered a 20% recharge rate, the total amount shown would be a 40% recharge rate.

This would make creating builds much easier as players would know what equipment they would need to add/remove to get their desired outcome. Also, being able to compare entire loadouts to each other to see their strengths and weaknesses would be another welcome addition.

These are all small, but important changes that would've been caught with proper focus testing and actually learning from their competitor's mistakes.
