Assassin's Creed Origins: 11 Early Reactions You Need To Know

9. Gorgeous From Any Angle

Ubisoft

The Assassin's Creed franchise has always been great at creating gorgeous architecture and breathtaking vistas, but these sights have always been achieved in spite of its graphical limitations. Because up close, the series has always looked a bit rough around the edges, a problem which thankfully doesn't seem to be present in Origins.

By all accounts, Ubisoft's latest game is their best looking yet. The beautiful landscapes of Ancient Egypt have been brilliantly brought to life, with the game even managing to make barren deserts visually interesting. It's clear that even if the franchise is lacking in ideas and inspiration in other departments, the visual designers are still firing on all cylinders, creating vibrant and varied vistas for players to explore.

There's no word yet on how much the game utilises the capabilities of the Xbox One X or PS4 Pro, but the base experience will still look amazing no matter which system you're playing on.
