3. Use The Torch In Combat

Back to AC Odyssey's love of fire one last time, as holding right on the D-pad will produce one of an infinite amount of torches.

Useful for lighting tombs and entranceways, you can swing it with R1 to ignite enemies. You'll immediately see a flame symbol that denotes just how "on fire" the enemy is - so keep swinging and fill the icon up, leaving them to die of their own accord while you deal with someone else.

Another pointer is pressing R2/RT to drop the torch - useful if you've smashed some flammable pots about the place, or an enemy is amongst some foliage. If you're hanging on a tightrope or elevated position, dropping a torch will let you light enemies up while their company is none the wiser.
