To the north of the restricted area you'll find a homestead with a triangular roof. Inside and hiding behind a reed divider you'll see a wealth chest containing the Iron-Star, which is a fine flail that stacks with the Path of the Bear.

With a whopping bonus of 10 to attack and an ability which increases attack damage for 3 seconds after performing a heavy finisher, you won't find a one-handed weapon with this kind of damage output anytime soon. And if the weapon's windup is too long, try duel wielding with a fast weapon like the Yngling Seax to strike quickly when you need to.
