7. The Right Voice Cast

A big turn-off in licensed games such as this is the voice cast, and how often the game lacks the signature voices associated with these iconic characters. Captain America: Super Soldier had the right idea by having Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan and Hayley Atwell reprise their roles, as it gave the game a sense of authenticity that it may have lacked otherwise. With the Avengers game, there's no excuse for not securing the legendary voices that bring these characters to life on-screen. A game of this scope and magnitude is just as huge as the first film was, which was a four-year love affair with the growing stable of Marvel movie characters that culminated in its 2012 release. Downey Jr., Hemsworth, Evans, Ruffalo: they're all intricately linked to these characters, and it would be a shame to see the video game versions voiced by soundalikes. While it isn't completely necessary to get every single Marvel Cinematic Universe actor involved, it is necessary to bring in the core actors to make the game feel truly special.
