3. New Characters

Batman: Arkham City Prometheus In Arkham City, there were several new characters introduced, such as Azrael and Black Mask, as well as Ras Al Gul and the League of Shadows. Along with easter eggs in Arkham Asylum, there were also hints at characters who exist in the Arkham universe who could make an appearance in a third Arkham game, such as Firefly and Prometheus (two characters I would personally love to see and fight against). There are so many characters that are known to exist in this universe that the sequel could be filled with them. You could even drop many of the existing characters from the first two games. For example, do we really need to encounter Mad Hatter again? He was a great enemy in Arkham City, but with Scarecrow likely to return the game wouldn€™t need his drug-induced hallucinations. And Bane: we fought him in the first game, we half-fought him in the second one, the Dark Knight Rises had him as the main villain. Maybe we need a rest from the character? He could still appear in some capacity, but with so many characters that we haven't seen as much of, he doesn€™t need to be as important. However, these new characters€™ stories - as well as the conclusion of existing characters€™ stories - couldn€™t happen in the prequel, because€
