Batman Arkham: Court Of Owls - 10 Villains That MUST Appear

2. Killer Moth

Batman Arkham Insurgency
DC Comics

Killer Moth has had Easter Eggs in the Arkham games previously (his victim’s cocoon in Asylum, for example) and his successor Firefly has one of the more entertaining assassin duels in Origins, but the man himself is yet to appear. If Court Of Owls changes that, it’ll mean another fantastic villain for the Bat to take down.

They have the opportunity to spin this in a few different ways as well. He sometimes is a bit of a tragicomic figure, teaming up with the likes of Catman to form the Misfits because no one talks him seriously. No one takes a grown man who dresses up as a moth seriously, imagine that...

However, with his replica Batcave (creatively named the Mothcave), there’s definitely room for him to be played as creepy too. Of course, if WB Montreal decide to leave Bane out, Killer Moth’s overgrown Charaxes transformation could make him a much more formidable foe. That brings in brains over brawn and would offer the players a good amount of variety.

Ultimately, while Killer Moth isn’t a headline grabber, he’s at least very malleable. Considering how many criminals are crammed into every game, being adaptable is no bad thing.
