3. Clayface

Clayface may have gotten a surprise appearance in City as the Joker's impersonator (and what a great surprise it was), but he's not been fleshed out in quite the way he was on BTAS - an error Montreal are well equipped to make amends for.
We know for a fact that the Clayface of the Arkhamverse is Basil Karlo, with biographies in Asylum, City and Knight confirming as such, but we got an easter egg for the character in Origins too. There, it looks as though Karlo is planning a comedy routine as an impressionist, which is just about as blunt as you can get when it comes to foreshadowing tragedy, really.
Obvious foreshadowing aside, Karlo really does deserve the spotlight next time around. Whether that comes in the main story or otherwise matters not, what does matter is that he gets the development to match his very apparent gameplay potential. Going off of what we saw in Origins, it's a task that Montreal are in pole position to complete, as a side mission, or in a main event.
