Batman: Arkham Knight - 10 Awesome Villains Who'll Steal The Show

5. Hush

One of the more interesting side quests in Arkham City sees Batman tracking down a serial killer whose fingerprints match those of Bruce Wayne, leading Oracle to speculate that Hugo Strange had drugged Bruce and he was the serial killer. However, following a tip-off from a goon, Batman cracks the case and discovers the hideout of Dr. Thomas Elliot, better known to comic book fans as Hush. A childhood friend of Bruce, Hush has been surgically removing the faces of his victims and storing them away as part of his master plan. That master plan is revealed when Batman comes face to face with him, as he then reveals he has altered his face and fingerprints to be identical to Bruce Wayne. Hush leaves before Batman can apprehend him and the Dark Knight comments that he will track him down "tomorrow". Hush's storyline is nowhere near complete then, so his appearance in Arkham Knight is a certainty. As Bruce Wayne's doppelganger, Hush's role in Arkham Knight could be really interesting as he has the potential to ruin Bruce's reputation and identity, perhaps leading to a Bruce v Bruce showdown at some point. With Batman already busy battling the Scarecrow and his new legion of villains, Hush's attack on Bruce Wayne could be a vital element of the narrative; how will Bruce's psyche cope when it's being pushed to the limits on all fronts? Exploring this element would make Arkham Knight a highly memorable experience.

I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
