After saving it from Joker's goons in Arkham Asylum, only to see it drown in the waters with Bane, the Batmobile was one of the biggest aspects we wanted to see in Arkham Asylum 2. Alas, the streets of Arkham City were deemed too small to make driving the car fun, thus leading to the adoption of a new navigation system; gliding. Arkham Origins provided the proper space needed for the Batmobile, but the developers decided that the Batjet would be better since the former was still a prototype at this stage (why Batman built a plane before a car is beyond us). But finally, after five years, we're getting behind the wheel of the Batmobile, and boy does it look amazing! Through several interviews with Game Informer, game director Sefton Hill has revealed several exciting facts about the car that we can look forward to, including: It's equipped with missiles. Has a near unstoppable momentum. Can launch Batman into the air. Can be called from anywhere in Gotham City.
