Batman: Arkham Knight - 10 Gadgets That Must Be Included

6. The Batwing/Batplane

Seen in: Batman #250, Batman (1989) Sure this isn't something Batman keeps on him, nor does he have a handful of them to get through across the night, but as we got a taste of during Arkham: Origins, being able to nip up into the Batwing and dart across the city is a great way to get around. We've seen it in various forms in the film world, with a much sleeker version first popping up in Burton's version before the fatter flying-lobster 'Bat' from Dark Knight Rises - although that later version always looked a bit too cumbersome for the sorts of lightning-fast implementation we'd like to see. In certain screenshots and gameplay footage we've seen that throughout the game we'll be taking on fleets of unmanned drones - although for the most part we've assumed this will be from inside the Batmobile. Instead though what if we could call in the Batwing to track certain ones across Gotham? It would certainly let Rocksteady show off their intricately-programmed city to its fullest, and add a third pillar of gameplay to the overall experience.
