Batman Arkham Knight: 10 Heroic Characters We Want To See

8. Huntress

We've seen a fair few sidekicks don the spandex throughout the Arkham series so far but not much female representation. Sure, the original Batgirl, Barbara Gordon has played a vital role as Oracle but we'd like to see a heroine in the field as well. With Babs being wheelchair bound at the point in Batman's career that the Arkham series covers, we'll have to turn to Huntress, who's essentially a more violent version of Batgirl (not to sell her short). Huntress' real identity is Helena Bertinelli, who's real *real* identity in the current run of New 52 comics is Helena Wayne, the daughter of Bruce Wayne and Catwoman. It's one of the quirks of multiple comic book realities that we don't think Rocksteady should necessarily get into but, depending on which route they go down, the potential for some real fun with this character is plain to see. Even with interesting family dynamic aside, getting behind the controller with the Huntress would make for some great gameplay - all the agility of Catwoman mixed with the brutality and direct combat of Batman. She's been known to push the boundaries a bit more than that wimpo Wayne when it comes to the old ethics. It would be great to see Batman and Huntress at odds over whether a villain deserves to live or die.
