8. Pre-Order DLC For Harley Quinn Is Story Related And Integrated Into The Game
Pre-ordering games for random and largely useless Downloadable Content is almost never worth it, but Rocksteady attempted something very bold with Arkham City's Catwoman DLC; upon entering the redeemable code, players were given access to a set of missions that played out over the course of the main game. There was a sense of natural progression within the narrative, and a sense of belonging. It's a decision that paid off for multiple reasons; primarily it was nice to play as a character other than Batman and see a different perspective of the story. Even more interesting was the neutral morality of Catwoman, so going one step further and implementing story segments as a full-fledged villain - especially one as psychotic and broken as Harley Quinn - would make for some really interesting story segments and scenes. It's also fun simply getting the chance to play around with different move sets. Batman may have an awesome Grapple Hook capable of getting him places in a jiffy, but it still paled in comparison to free flowing around Arkham with Catwoman's superior speed and agility. If Rocksteady goes this route, there is a wealth of potential for Harley.
