Batman Arkham Knight: 10 Things That Should Be Included

2. Scarecrow Levels

Some of the standout features of Arkham Asylum were the sequences in which the Scarecrow appears to torment Batman and force him to face his fears. They are all extremely well done, beginning with odd events starting to happen €“ such as the lights flashing quickly or random voices being heard €“ before segueing into platforming areas in which Batman must evade Scarecrow's gaze in order to conquer his fear and thus his enemy. Rocksteady have already confirmed that Scarecrow is back, ostensibly as the main villain (although Hugo Strange and Black Mask were supposed to be the main villains of City and Origins themselves and were later usurped by the Joker). Therefore, it would not at all be surprising for sequences like this to return, and again Rocksteady can take advantage of next-generation hardware to create a truly frightening new experience while also staying true to the original sequences.
