Batman: Arkham Knight - 9 Ways The Joker Could Still Show Up
5. Cloning
When Rocksteady revealed an ingenious Arkham City Easter Egg hiding in Arkham Asylum, all rules went out the window, therefore any tiny clue lying around in Arkham City could potentially be a massive hint for what is to come in Arkham Knight. In Harley Quinn's Revenge, there is a poster which advertises Cadmus Labs with the tagline "Building A Brighter Tomorrow" - interesting stuff, especially for comic fans who might identify the name. Project Cadmus mainly features in Justice League or Superman stories but they specialise in genetic engineering - most of the time, they are responsible for creating clones. It could simply be a reference to the wider DC Universe or it could be a really well placed hint at what is to come for the series, especially with the tagline referencing the future. As it was in his Steel Mill, the Joker must have seen the poster before and, as a contingency plan, given his DNA to Cadmus for cloning purposes. It's a crazy plan, even for the Joker, but it's definitely a possible way to bring the Joker back for Arkham Knight. Alternatively, Batman could learn of the Joker's scheme and a side quest could focus on the Dark Knight's attempts to shut down the facility before the cloning project can be completed - there's a few ways Rocksteady could create a Joker-centric plot using this small Easter Egg.
I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
