4. Scarface
During Batman's stay in Arkham Asylum, the Joker acquires Scarface and argues with himself, using the puppet as a disagreeing voice, just before the game's final confrontation. Scarface, usually in the possession of the Ventriloquist, also appears in the third Scarecrow vision, mocking the 'welcome' speech Quincy Sharp gives to new inmates to Arkham. He then makes a small appearance in Harley Quinn's Revenge, now painted and dressed up to be a wooden replica of the Joker. Could Scarface re-appear as the 'new' Joker? He has experience in being a mob boss and he's also spent a lot of time with Joker in the series so far - perhaps some of the madness has rubbed off on him. Of course, Scarface is a puppet but when paired with the right human, he dominates their personality and becomes surprisingly aggressive and violent for a toy. If the Ventroliquist reacquires Scarface, the puppet might view it as his job to embody the spirit of the Joker, bringing craziness back to Gotham. It's a little far-fetched but Rocksteady rarely changes or adds characters for no reason - Scarface's new look and connections with the Joker could see him becoming more prominent in Arkham Knight.
