Batman: Arkham Knight Batgirl DLC - 9 Big Things It Finally Gets Right
4. New Predator Encounters
Though Knight's core product shipped with an impressive stealth component, it was a far cry away from being the ultimate experience fans were clamouring for. This isn't to say that this latest DLC offering rectifies the errors made in not innovating predator a great deal, but Barbara's ability to tap into the environment and manipulate it in a brand new way is certainly a step in the right direction. Part of what comprises the ultimate Batman experience is striking before the enemy even knows you're there - but light and darkness rarely factor into this experience in the Arkham games. Not in Batgirl's adventure though, as Barbara can manipulate the lights in the room to shroud herself in darkness - leaving each and every armed enemy vulnerable to takedowns. It's a tad rudimentary to be fair, but with thorough time and effort it could become the Arkham games' saving grace when it comes to stealth encounters.
