Batman Arkham Origins: 2 Reasons It'll Beat Its Predecessors (And 2 Reasons It Won't)

1. The Villains

Batman Arkham Origins2 After seeing the list of villains in Arkham Origins, we know it's the most there has ever been in one game in the Arkham Series so far, and therefore promises to be an action packed experience. The villains that are confirmed to appear are Black Mask, Deathstroke, The Penguin, Deadshot, The Joker, Bane, Anarky, Copperhead, Alberto Falcone, The Mad Hatter and Firefly. I'm really looking forward to seeing Black Mask in this game and I do believe he is the main villain in this game, because he promises the person who catches Batman a load of money, hence why there are a tons of villains in this game. The Penguin will be good to see - after his small role in Arkham City, he will probably have a small role in Origins but I hope they assured a great storyline concerning his character, and that we actually get to fight the Penguin instead of one of his many titans. I'm guessing that not all of villains will appear in the main storyline. Nonetheless, you still get to face off with them in some form. Lots of villains, of course, means lots - let's up hope that WBGM has kept the combat system in tune with the other games, because it's probably the best combat system of modern times. Arkham City did present little showdowns with the main villains, but Asylum was better for them and had better villains. Most of the villains in Origins aren't as well-known as the villains in City or Asylum but there are more. So on that aspect alone, Origins really looks to overtake the other games in the franchise to become number one - if the combat system is the same and the showdowns are really good, this game could be a real load of fun, and it may be well on its way to becoming the best entry in the franchise. Here's hoping. Are you looking forward to Arkham Origins? If so, let us know in the comments section below.
