4. Don't Aim For The Horse

It's daunting to be charged at by an enemy on a horse, watching in fright as they cause havok with a mounted shotgun and tear up your teammates with the cavalry sword.

However, the worst thing you could possibly do in this situation, by far, is to panic and shoot the horse. I'm telling you:

These things are bulletproof.

Instead you've got to stay calm and collected, aiming for the guy riding on top. He'll fall just like a regular enemy would, and you won't waste two magazines shooting an animal that probably didn't deserve it in the first place.
