As has been said already, the ticket is for a flight dated October 22nd 1937, pointing to Indy's imminent departure to Rome.

This specific date on the ticket has deeply important connotations to Italy's history. In 1937, Mussolini returned to Rome having just visited Germany - cementing the leader's strong ties with his fascistic protégé, Adolf Hitler. These ties were so strong after this visit, in fact, that Mussolini pulled Italy out of the League of Nations just two months later in an act of solidarity after economic sanctions were placed on Nazi Germany.

When you consider the date and time together, the ticket implies this is taking place around the time Mussolini returns to Rome. With Machine Games' portfolio of Nazi fighting Wolfenstein games, we can only hope that Indy will get to sucker punch the Italian supremacist, as he has proved so competent at in the past.
