Bloodborne: Ranking Every Area From Worst To Best

Poison swamp! Yay! The unique wackiness of the Nightmare Frontier's design quickly subsides as you die over and over again in an attempt to make it to the other end of this hellhole.

You can tell the developers put more effort into the Nightmare Frontier compared to the Lecture Building, but the stunning design doesn't take away from the fact that this poisonous area is an absolute bore to trudge through every play through. It probably has the most frustrating collection of enemies too.

From those rock-throwing giants to the poison-spamming tentacle monsters and stupidly difficult Winter Lanterns, this area is just a downright pain to traverse.

The Nightmare Frontier is one of the most popular areas for PvP, but that doesn't take away from how unappealing this level is in the game.
