Call Of Duty: Ranking Every Game Mode From Worst To Best

Call of Duty has gradually become more and more associated with the console market and its PC iterations have been all but forgotten about in the grand scheme of things. One of the advantages that the PC has over its smaller counterparts is that almost every game can be extensively modded.

Early games were subject to as many tweaks as any other title, resulting in huge volumes of community creations. One of these did then eventually make its way into the remaster of Modern Warfare as an official mode.

Prop Hunt, which has recently returned for another outing in WW2, has a concept that greatly resembles hide and seek, as one team is given thirty seconds to disguise themselves as parts of the map before the other is tasked with finding and killing them. It's somewhat trippy to see bits of scenery moving around, but the mode provides ridiculously entertaining gameplay.

The fact that the seeking team are giving unlimited ammo puts a slight dampener on proceedings, as a perfectly valid strategy is to fire non-stop at anything and everything until it reveals somebody's hiding place. Nevertheless it is great to see the developers actually acknowledge their players, even tweaking the madness further with the shortlived Mad Props, which saw the prop team instead hunt the humans.
