Crash Bandicoot: Ranking Every Game From Worst To Best

7. Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled

Until it was desecrated by the addition of pay to play DLC, Nitro-Fuelled was originally a contender for bronze, silver or gold. You may need some luck, however, or even a myriad of skill if you want to repeatedly earn any of the aforementioned in this unexpectedly challenging game.

Essentially a vastly more difficult remake of both Crash Team Racing and Nitro Kart merged into one, Nitro-Fuelled contains the best of both. It alters the flaws of the previous games and fine tunes them for a new generation.

Outside of its newly decorated aesthetics, Nitro-Fuelled brings along an action-fuelled adventure with nearly every character from the IP. Even going as far as to include Spyro in what can only be classed as their best crossover together, albeit a limited one, but when compared to the competition, it's hard to argue against it.

The radical, demanding shift from pick up and play nature to arduous slog at times may defer some from engaging. But, for those who aren't easily intimidated, they will find the most definitive kart racing experience in the franchise's history.

That much is guaranteed.
