Crysis 3: 5 Reasons Why It Will Inevitably Disappoint

2. The Setting

Crysis 3 Setting I honestly feel sorry for the people who live in New York because their city gets attacked 24/7. This is why living in England is not too shabby; if any Alien army saw the crowed, smoggy, dirty streets of London, they€™d pack their bags and head home. But I digress, - in Crysis 2 we plodded round a boring, uninteresting level design that was split into City and Jungle. And now, for Crysis 3, Crytek clearly noted my displeasure and in response completely mixed up the level design by adding the jungle to the city. Now we won€™t have the pain of two dull environments to wade through - instead we'll have both in the same place for double the dreariness. Honestly, with the setting being exactly the same I wonder if this was actually meant as an expansion pack or DLC, rather than a full blown game. Plus, Crysis 3 has a similar feel to The Last of Us, a title which, I think, will make much better use of the environment because that game is based round an apocalypses, and isn't based on an excuse for Crytek to simply remind us how well they create an jungle environment so we don't forget and go back to playing Sonic or something.
