There's nothing worse than having a nice, relaxing scavenging session ruined in Days Gone by accidentally alerting a nearby horde to your position. By and large, the silliest way to alert everyone to where you are comes from looting a car and having its alarm start blaring as soon as you pop open the hood, and having to scramble to shut it off.

Fortunately, there is a way to be prepared for this result, as cars with working alarms actually have blinking red lights on the dashboard letting you know that popping it open is a risk.

Consequently, you don't have to be too worried while searching for scrap, and if there's Freakers nearby, make sure you keep away from these vehicles.
