7. Every Public Event Has A Secret Optional Variant

Speaking of Engrams and fancy rewards, perhaps you'd like them at a faster clip?

The public events - which are always popping off left, right and centre on any given world - seem to be one of the most reliable ways to get your hands on Destiny 2's entire breadth of items in one go.

No other game mode kicks out everything including XP, weapons, armour, various tokens and glimmer at such guaranteed capacity - and then you have the Heroic variants that usually result in Exotics.

Now, these optional Heroics only trigger if you know what to do. Check out the above video for a breakdown of each Public Event type and what to watch out for once they're underway, but if you survive, expect far better loot than just a standard Event.
