Destiny 3: 8 Reasons It Should Be Single Player

6. Voice Talents Would Be Used To Greater Effect

From Nathan Fillion and Peter Dinklage to Nolan North and Lance Reddick, the Destiny series has managed to attract some pretty big names, yet none of them have really been utilised to the best effect.

This is evidenced by how it is not any of the story integral or intentionally amusing lines that fans remember, but rather more throwaway ones such as "we've awoken the Hive" or "whether we wanted it or not [...]". These are memorable simply due to their delivery being inadvertently funny.

This is something that going singleplayer would be able to fix, as moving away from an online experience gives the developers an opportunity to tell a far more in depth tale and, as such, give their voice talent far more interesting things to do.
