Quantic Dream

Getting the story of Detroit right is a pretty important thing when you consider it's the main focus of the game, and luckily Quantic Dream managed to pull it off.

Although a lot of things can be changed by the player's decisions, the general story direction of Detroit is mostly kept the same. Where it ends up and the choices it gives you are all pretty satisfying and interesting, and it's definitely the best narrative Quantic Dream have delivered so far.

All three of the characters have interesting stories, motives and twists that make playing through their scenarios over and over again such a joy. Detroit does have a bit of an issue of beating you over the head with some obvious themes, but it's never bad enough to detract from the overall experience.

It's nothing revolutionary, but Detroit manages to deliver an interesting story that is made all the better by the fact that it really is your story.
