Wizards have a wide array of colleges that they can choose to attend, each with certain benefits. Some are clearly better than others and while this is a difficult choice, enchantment is definitely a top-tier option.

Starting with the basics, an Enchantment Wizard gains the ability to use a hypnotic gaze that can charm enemies. For a class that is defined by its inability to stand up to any sort of melee fighting, having the option to look at someone close to you and completely befuddle them can make the difference between life and death.

As you gain more power, you’ll gain abilities that let you divert an enemy’s attack to another individual standing nearby. This can save your paltry frame from certain destruction and may even be used to get an enemy to attack its own ally.

Level 10 is where this power shines, allowing you to target two creatures with a single enchantment spell. This opens up the possibility to paralyze, charm, or confuse multiple enemies with half the cost.
