And finally, wasn't this a brilliantly concise 75-minute presentation or what? There were no dull asides devoted to executives talking about the success of the PS4 or launching on marketing spiels to please investors: it was all about the games and almost wall-to-wall with exciting new titles.
It might be the most consistently impressive E3 conference ever, and easily steamrolled the shows that the competition put out, no matter what they had to offer.
We all thought Sony couldn't top the God-tier reveals of last year's conference, but this year was at least much more consistent even if it didn't quite match the same level of fanboy glee.
