E3 2018: 10 PS4 Predictions That Must Come True

3. More Marvel Games

Spider-Man PS4
Sony

The upcoming Spider-Man game is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated releases of the year, and Sony have already confirmed that E3 will see a big blowout for everyone's favourite wall crawler, with the Playstation conference apparently set to dive deep into Insomniac's project before it ships in September.

That said, Spidey isn't the only Marvel superhero game that's currently in the pipeline, with a multitude of studios being snapped up and put to work on adapting even more characters from the Marvel universe. Square Enix's Avengers game is the other already-announced biggie, but there must be more in development.

Consequently, while Sony won't want to take too much focus away from their exclusive comic-book adventure, teasing other projects set to take place in the same universe would be an undeniable show-stopper.

The games themselves probably won't be exclusive to the PS4, but if Sony can tie the Marvel brand to their console, then they'd have a huge one-up over the competition.
