FromSoftware's epic new samurai game Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice was finally revealed during Microsoft's E3 conference, with a release date planned for "early 2019".

The developer has a track record of releasing new titles at a steady clip, and they have a clear fondness for releasing games in March, so this one shouldn't be too tough to figure out.

Prediction: March 29, 2019. Though this would put it within spitting distance of both The Division 2 and potentially Devil May Cry 5, a FromSoft release is such a distinct event in its own right that they haven't really got anything to fear from the "competition."

They could blow past expectations completely and drop it in early January instead, but history says a March drop is the safest guess.
