E3 2018: Predicting Release Dates For The Biggest Games

15. Halo Infinite

Halo Infinite's an especially interesting game to predict considering we still don't really know what the game is beyond being a continuation of Master Chief's space-faring adventures.

It's extra tricky making a prediction as we have no idea whether or not the new Halo will land on the Xbox One, be held for the next console or even end up a cross-platform title.

Still, with Halo 5: Guardians releasing three years ago this October, fans are certainly overdue a new entry into the franchise, so it's hard to imagine Microsoft holding off until 2020 (especially as they almost always release these games near the end of the year).

Prediction: October 29, 2019. This release date would allow Microsoft to pull off an easy cross-platform release if they wanted to (assuming the new Xbox lands by early 2020), and position them perfectly to fully unveil the game at next year's E3.
