E3 2019: 12 Insane Announcements That Could Happen
11. Grand Theft Auto V On Switch
Since the Nintendo Switch was revealed, just about every single eligible game from last generation has been brought across. And, while the system has seen a plethora of ports in that time, there is one game from last generation that seemingly eludes it:
Grand Theft Auto V.
The sprawling, action game starring three crazy criminals that has made more money than most us could even fathom, is something fans have been asking for on Nintendo Switch for years now.
While Rockstar hasn't show much interest in the Switch, like not porting older titles like Bully, The Warriors, or the GTA PS2 Trilogy, it did randomly bring L.A Noire to the system. While that is a fantastic and underrated game, it's not exactly the one fans were hoping for.
Rockstar not porting Grand Theft Auto V or Red Dead Redemption to the Switch is leaving a lot of money on the table. And the same can be said of even those older titles. An argument could be made that GTA V might not even be able to run on the Switch, but Rockstar has never said one way or the other.
That leads us to believe it could very well happen, and why not at E3?
