There's been plenty of hand-wringing in recent months about the possibility of CD Projekt Red's legendary RPG The Witcher making it to the Nintendo Switch - namely whether the handheld hybrid was actually capable of running it.

Well, that answer appears to be a resounding yes - with some serious concessions, admittedly - with the announcement of The Witcher 3: Complete Edition for the Switch.

The Complete Edition includes the two main story DLCs, Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine, along with more than a dozen other DLCs, ensuring this portable version of the game boasts the maximum life-sucking power possible.

Admittedly, the graphics aren't looking great, and so this is hardly the definitive way to play The Witcher 3, but having a game this feature-rich and ludicrously addictive on the go is well worth the visual hit.
