5. Conker Is In Project Spark?!

Why? Because why not. Project Spark is Microsoft's kind of strange, hard-to-completely-understand game-building software that seems like a happy medium between Little Big Planet and Minecraft, giving you a bevy of tools to craft all kinds of interesting and unique experiences for other Spark players to enjoy and discover. And it also had Conker the Squirrel in it, who made a brief appearance at the end of the presentation to whip out his chainsaw and announce he'd be in the game. Cool? It's a odd combination for sure, and considering Project Spark's whimsical tone, how exactly Conker fits in to what the game is trying to accomplish is anyone's guess. The best would be he's a part of a suite of various characters available to use and interact with in the game, in much the same way Little Big Planet featured tons of clothing items and objects that were direct references to games like The Legend of Zelda and Super Mario Brothers. While confusing and completely out of the blue, it was certainly a bombshell in the sense there wasn't a single person on the entire planet who thought Conker would be showing his furry little face at this year's E3.
