EA UFC 4: 10 Things We Want To See

2. More Legacy Fighters

One of the best aspects of sports games, in general, is the ability to pit athletes from different eras against each other, creating hypothetical dream matchups that fans would never get to see otherwise. This was implemented successfully in the last two EA iterations of the UFC game franchise with some legendary fighters but not nearly enough to fill most fans hypothetical supercards.

An aspect borrowed from WWE games that could be successfully implemented into the EA UFC series is classic versions of active fighters. Because while it is great having their current versions in-game, imagine having 2004 BJ Penn, 2012 Anderson Silva, or 2011 Nick Diaz as playable characters to face off against their modern counterparts.

The possibilities are practically endless and while ideally, most legends would come bundled with the base game, I don't think many people would be against buying their favourite fighters for a small price as DLC.
