2. Valenwood

Though the Elder Scrolls VI teaser didn't show off any of the walking forests Valenwood is famous for, it's still in the realm of possibility for the land of the Bosmer to feature in the new game in some way or another.
Valenwood was one of the first elven kingdoms to be conquered by the Thalmor, so any title set around that locale is sure to touch on the resistance to that conquest or, if you're a bigger fan of mer over man, the High Elves' attempts to quash said resistance. More important, however, is the fact that Valenwood has the potential to be one of the most visually impressive Elder Scrolls locations to date, with lush foliage, tall-trees and elven architecture to admire.
Problematic, perhaps, is the fact that there's not much else to the landscape. An open world can't be full of just one pallet, and though Valenwood is yet to be broached in a genuine Elder Scrolls title, it does perhaps provide further cause to the belief that the next game will tackle multiple settings.
