Elder Scrolls Online: 13 Key Tips To Keeping Us All Playing

10. Keep Adding New Quests

A truly quintessential aspect to an MMO or in fact any role-playing game whether it be online or offline is questing. A fantastic way to pass the time on a rainy afternoon, trawling the lands with your friends in search of more and more quests to complete. They add rhythm and richness to the entire experience and can sometimes humour the player or perhaps sadden them - either way quests are fundamentally important to the success and longevity of any online game, and they also give the player a break from time to time. Imagine that you're in the middle of doing the mother of all quests but sadly you're getting more and more frustrated at how long it's taking you to complete it - fear not, for there's a side quest on the road that will let you throw some chickens at people. Silly quests like that truly make the tediousness of travelling or completing long-winded quests so much more enjoyable, and not only does adding more of them enchant the player, it also shows them that the developers haven't completely forgotten about the game, which is clearly a win-win situation.
