The Elder Scrolls VI: 10 Awesome Locations That Could Be Used

8. Elsweyr

Home of the Khajiit, Elsweyr is a province ridden with geographical dynamics. The north features a badlands desert area while the south is dotted with dense tropical forests similar to Valenwood. This is a rich landscape that can be built upon. Politically, the Khajiit are currently aligned with the Aldmeri Dominion, but traditionally were run by the Mane, a spiritual leader born during the alignment of two moons. It is thought that the Aldmeri murdered the last Mane. With Khajiit culture, Bethesda could assemble a strong revolution narrative where the feline race seeks to return to tradition and have the spiritual Mane rule them once again. As with Bethesda's tradition in politics a la Nord/Imperial conflict, the player could choose either side of the coin. In the Fourth era when Skyrim takes place, we only know that the Khajiit homeland is under Aldmeri control, providing a good opportunity for Bethesda to expand the lore of its feline race. The dynamics in landscape also provide a good means for more endless exploration.
