Every Harry Potter Video Game Ranked Worst To Best
6. Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince
Based on the sixth film instalment in the franchise, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince takes the exploration of Hogwarts from previous games and expands on it tenfold. The exploration and open-world feel of the game is probably its best plus, benefiting from some noticeably improved graphics, far smoother mechanics and faster rendering speeds.
This is one of those Harry Potter games from the main series that really makes a point to deviate away from the actual story, subbing a lot of the plot points in favour of really pushing the exploration features in the game.
From the great halls of the castle, to the gloomy feel of the Forbidden Forest, EA really push these features by throwing in 150 Hogwarts crests for players to collect. The designers have done a great job in putting these crests in every nook and cranny, making a point to reward the wizards and witches out there that go out of their way to fully make the most of their game.
Every Harry Potter fan wants to know what it's like roaming around the halls of Hogwarts, speaking to teachers and fellow students, learning spells and living the life in a world of wizardry, and Half-Blood Prince is one of the games in the series that really offers this the best.
