Fallout 4: 10 Characters We Need To See Again

5. Tandi

"Yeah. Well you don't live here. There's nothing interesting to do, and believe you me, brahmin-tipping gets old real fast."
Tandi is a character of great significance in the Fallout universe. As the second president of the NCR, she has been instrumental in carrying the organisation from its humble origins and to the established post-war civilisation that is by the time we see it in Fallout: New Vegas. Tandi died at the age of 103, after an incredibly popular 52-year presidency. For obvious reasons, Tandi's death forces some limitations on how we might see her return to the series, but with 103 years at the developer's disposal there's certainly something to work with. As one of the longest living human characters in the Fallout universe (residents of Vault 112 and Robert House excluded), Tandi has known both the Vault Dweller and the Chosen One, making her a character that's well worth revisiting.
