2. It's Brilliant Despite Its Many Flaws...
The bottom line to take away from the reviews is that Fallout 4 is for the most part an excellent game, albeit one with an uncommon amount of issues attached to it for something so acclaimed. Eurogamer possibly put it best, saying, "fans...will likely shrug and accept that this is simply how things are in a Bethesda RPG, and it's true that the highs do outweigh the lows", and Gamespot agreed that the game's "minor issues pale in comparison to its successes." Even with its niggling issues, Digital Trends called it "the best, most polished Bethesda RPG to date." Again, it's worth considering how prepared you are to put up with Bethesda's usual design and presentation problems, because they're pretty much equally abundant here as usual, but those who persevere will be rewarded with one of the year's best games without question. There is one more thing to consider, though...
