Fallout 4: 7 Mods That Turn It Into A Realistic Survival Game

2. Crippled Limbs Don't Recover Automatically

Download Crippled Limbs FixDownload Arbitration - AI - Stealth - Speed- Damage - Gameplay Overhaul and Tweaks Of all the bad precedents the Call of Duty series has set, one of the worst has to be the idea that sitting around behind cover for a few seconds after a grenade blows up at your feet is all it takes to recover back to full health. Granted, absolute realism whereby you have to go to hospital when your leg shattered, get it amputated, then go through a six-month convalescence period before heading back out into the field would be a bit of a drag... ... though having super-springy blades for legs would be quite neat in a game context. Anyway, Fallout 4 doesn't do auto-health recovery, but if your limbs get crippled then it's only a matter of time before they're OK again. Surely, if anything, your health would recover quicker than your shattered limbs? Whatever the case, this mod means that you have to take a stimpak to get your crippled limbs back to health. A small step towards a more realistic experience. The Arbitration pack also contains this mod, and also forces you to use stimpaks if you want to recover from concussions.
