Fallout 4: 7 More Disturbing Stories & Locations You Totally Missed

6. The Survivors Of 'The Northern Star'

Fallout 4 Far Harbor
Bethesda

Near The Castle that you conquer as part of supporting the Minutemen, you should be able to find a crashed ship on the outskirts of the Boston Commonwealth doubling as a Ghoul stronghold.

The occupiers aren't feral however, but are actually the irradiated former shipmates of the vessel. Manned by Norwegian raiders who were presumably stranded when the bombs fell, the band of foreign invaders have been defending their ship - rather successfully, it seems - for over two hundred years by the time the Sole Survivor makes their way to it.

Obviously that all changes when you blast your way on board, with no choice but to obliterate everyone in sight. After all, you can't exactly reason with Ghouls who don't even understand what you're saying.

However, your murder spree is sort of a bittersweet blessing in disguise for the occupiers on board, as many will utter "Jeg kommer hjem” - translated to "I'm coming home" - as their dying breaths.

After two hundred years, the crew of The Northern Star can finally be reunited with their families and free of the strange land they've been forced to roam in isolation for centuries.
