3. There's More Fluidity
Staying with the new "True Player Motion" for a moment, EA are putting extra-special emphasis on capturing the real-life motions some of the game's silkier players like Neymar and Messi have become renown for over the years. In the gameplay video, we see Iniesta toe-poke the ball toward Neymar who then majestically collects the ball and completes a 180-degree turn all in one motion. EA have never had the animation coverage or behaviour to be able to make players move in a 180-degree motion and this is yet another ability made possible by the new Ignite Engine that helps the game's greatest players bring all their tricks of the trade to FIFA 14. Gamers can expect much more fluidity in 14 and players such as Neymar to be able to instinctively turn a defender inside out without even blinking with his silky moves thanks to the new functionality and behaviour we've never had in a FIFA game before.
