FIFA 15: 15 Ratings EA Sports Have Got Completely Wrong
10. Arturo Vidal (85)
One of the most reckless ratings to come from EA's reveal of their top 50 is Arturo Vidals, with the Juventus midfielder being DOWNGRADED from 86 in last years game to 85, which is ever so slightly perplexing. Vidal was a beast for Juve last season, scoring 11 goals from 32 appearances, and if anything, surely his score should have headed in the opposite direction. The tenacious midfielder put in a series of dominating performances from the middle of the park in 2013-14, living up to his nickname of Il Guerriero (The Warrior). His determination and iron will were further underlined by the fact he was still one of the best players at the World Cup, despite the Chilean suffering a knee injury in the months preceding the finals in Brazil. And that perhaps is the reasoning behind EAs decision to slash his score. The 27-year-old had an operation to repair his meniscus before the World Cup and hasnt played 90 minutes of football since. But if thats the only rationale behind his demotion, thats disappointing because Vidal remains one of the best midfielders in world football, and EA's ratings tragically don't reflect that as he comes in as just the 35th best player on the game.
